| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of FIDIC contract system combined with a case study of the lot 2 of Xiaolangdi Multi-purpose Dam Project to explore the fundamental ideas of dealing with contract disputes and conflicts in the project implementation under the FIDIC conditions in China,search a workable approach in terms of risk management of large-scale project and figure out the concept of risk management by setting up a chain-linked model. |
