| 摘 要： | 住宅产业化是今后的发展趋势,然而我国的产业化程度还比较低。在政府大力倡导建设保障房之时,提出将保障房的产业化建设作为实现住宅产业化的突破口,探讨组建虚拟产业化集团,实行大规模定制生产,提供全装修保障房的建设模式,并对该模式的效益进行分析,给出推动住宅产业化的建议。
