| 摘 要： | 针对大型工程项目中多种问题的并行约束,在对现有QFD概念及其理论模型进行分析的基础上,讨论QFD在大型工程项目管理中实现项目各方最终目标和要求最佳化方面存在的不足。在保持现有QFD方法机理不变的前提下,提出分部递阶QFD的管理新方法,以广州亚运看台工程为例介绍该方法的具体路径,并指出需进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the parallel restrictions in large engineering projects,introduces the concept and theory model of Quality Function Deploymen(tQFD),discusses its deficiency on optimization of realizing ultimate goal and request of project parties,based on the mechanism of QFD,puts forward a new management method named Subsection Hi-erarchical QFD,introduces its concrete path by taking grandstand project in the Guangzhou Asian games as case,and points out the further research area. |
