摘    要:对影响聚乙烯排水管道破坏的因素逐一进行管道结构计算分析,得出影响管道竖向直径变形率主要因素是:覆土深度(荷载因素)、回填土压实系数(施工因素)、原状土(地质因素)。提出高覆土、地质条件差、施工质量难控制的情况下慎用该类管材的建议。

Abstract:Analysis on polyethylene drainage pipe damage factors was carried out step by step by pipe structure calculation,and the results showed that the main reasons for vertical pipe diameter variance included: covering depth(load factor),backfill compaction coefficient(construction factor),original earth(geography factor).It was suggested that,under the conditions of high covering depth,bad geological condition,and difficult control of construction engineering quality,this kind of pipes should be used carefully.
