| 摘 要： | 通过实验方法,以建设工程招投标为例,对于长期交易过程初始缔约的诚实度进行研究,证明维克里规则（第二价格密封拍卖）并非是解决该交易模式＂诚实＂投标的有效方法,而改进的维克里规则（次标中标规则）更为有效。

| Abstract: | Taking construction bidding as example,studies the credit at the beginning of the long-term trading process.The study argues that Vickrey Rules(Sealed Second-price Auction) is not an effective bidding rule to gain the honest bidding price,but an improved Vickrey Rule is proved more effective by experimental methods. |
