| 摘 要： | 针对广西高校基建项目超投资问题,分析广西高校基建管理模式、影响投资控制的主要因素以及投资控制过程中常见的问题。结合实际情况,提出引入全过程投资管理、推行限额设计、注重全过程造价跟踪审计工作的建议。
