| 摘 要： | 改建工程造价控制贯穿于项目投资决策、设计、施工和竣工决算等阶段,在这些阶段中投资决策及设计阶段是控制工程造价的最关键阶段。宾馆改建工程由于受原建筑、结构、现场情况、施工工期和投资限额等因素的制约,有设计难度大、施工难度大、造价控制难度大等特点。笔者就YY宾馆改建工程的主要特点及遇到的主要问题,从投资决策及设计阶段如何加强造价控制的角度谈一下个人体会,以供同行参考。
