| 摘 要： | 对翻车机超高侵界部件对输煤系统的影响、翻车机超高部件的不同结构和功用进行分析，通过不同的改造方案解决了翻车机超高部件侵界问题，实现了翻车机的正常翻卸功能。减轻了工作人员的劳动强度，提高了设备可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper covers improvements to two car tipplers. Some components of the two car tipplers exceed height limit, which influences car tippler normal operation. This paper discusses structures and functions of the components needing to be rebuilt and conducts necessary improvements to them, making labor pressure reduced and equipment reliability increased. |
