轿车缸体材质与加工性能的研究

摘    要:对轿车发动机缸体的材质和加工性进行了实验研究。 结果表明:铸铁中的微量元素对缸体的加工性能有影响,微量元素中加工性危害最大的是钛;随流孕育对缸体材质的稳定达标起到了保证作用;缩小浇注温度范围、增硫等工艺措施保证了孕育效果和铸件质量的稳定性,加铜和锡合金化能有效提高铸件硬度。

Abstract:The structure,property and machinability of materials of sedan-car engine block was tested and studied.The results showed that the trace elements had harmful influence on the machinability of the block.Titanium was the most harmful element to the machinability.Stream inoculation could ensure the quality of block material consistently reaching requirements of specifications;the process measure including narrowing pouring temperature range,increasing sulphur content et al.ensured stability of inoculation effect and casting quality;adding copper and tin could effectively increase casting hardness.
