卡箍式快开门压力容器的有限元接触分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS软件提供的接触单元,运用整体有限元应力分析方法,对卡箍式快开门压力容器进行了详细的应力计算。通过对整体应力分布以及接触应力的具体分析,得到了卡箍式快开门结构的受力特点及应力分布规律,同时对各危险截面进行了强度评定。结果表明,卡箍式快开门压力容器满足相应压力容器分析设计标准的强度要求。

Abstract:By using the contact elements and the whole finite element stress analysis method ,the detailed stress analysis to the whole quick open structure of the hoop - locked quick closure pressure vessel was made via the ANSYS software. Through the analysis of the whole stress distribution and the contact stress in the contacting part, the mechanical characteristics and stress distribution of the hoop quick open struc- ture were obtained. At the same time, the strength assessment to each dangerous section was carried out. It was shown that the structure can met the requirments of the strength according to the JB 4732--1995 cri- teria.
