气敏元件离散性对气体体积分数测试准确度的影响

摘    要:介绍了一种对气体体积分数进行数字化测量的新方法,分析了其工作原理及刻度方程线性化方法。在设计过程中发现,气敏元件离散性对气体体积分数的测量结果影响很大,为此,分析了由于气敏元件离散性的影响而带来的测量误差;并讨论了欲保证气体体积分数测试精确,气敏元件筛选时所应满足的条件。最后,通过一个实例对该分析方法进行了验证。

Abstract:A new approach to measure digitally the gas volume fraction is described,and the working principle and the linearization method of scale equation are analyzed.In the course of design,it is found that the dispersity of gas sensor will affect greatly the measurement result of gas volume fraction.Hence,the measurement error caused by the influence of the gas sensor dispersity on the measurement result of the gas volume fraction is analyzed,and the measurement accuracy of ensuring the gas volume fraction is discussed,also the selection requirement and method of gas sensor are given. An example is successfully introduced to verify this analysis method.
