硫酸亚铁铵的绿色制备

摘    要:通过改进实验原理,改变实验流程,用常规实验设备实现硫酸亚铁铵的绿色制备。改进后的实验,试剂用量降为常规实验的1/5,实验时间由原来的4 h缩短为2~2.5 h,将油污去除,避免了污染物转移,在密闭系统中生成Fe2+,减少了Fe3+的生成机会,同时不用补充水和调pH值,减少了实验环节,能耗明显降低,平均产率达到86.1%。

Abstract:By adding experiment principle and changing experiment procedure,the green synthesis of ammonium ferrous sulfate succeeds with normal experiment devices was realized.After the improvement,the reagent reduced to 1/5 and experiment time from 4 h to 2~2.5 h,avoiding pollutant transferring by decontaminating oily pollutant,decreasing the formation of Fe3+ in a closed system,no need for adjusting pH and complementing water,so the procedure aspects was cut down and energy consumption was reduced.The average production rate was 86.1%.
