基于ADAMS的卡丁车转向器的优化设计

摘    要:论文在介绍传统卡丁车的转向机构形式的前提下,分析其基本结构对卡丁车总体性能的影响.并且针对该转向机构提出一个新的替换方案,结合卡丁车的参数确定新的转向机构的转向器类型与布置形式,在此基础上通过性能要求细化设计,经过计算校核与三位建模,然后通过将模型导入Matlab与ADAMS等优化软件优化出最佳参数.本次设计目的在于设计一款适用于市面上卡丁车使用的转向器.

Abstract:In this paper,regarding the traditional kart steering system as the premise,their impact on the overall performance of the basic structure of kart is analyzed.And a new alternative for the steering mechanism is proposed,with parameters in combination with kart identify new steering device type and lay out of the form of organization,based on the performance requirements of detailed design,through calculation and 3D model,then the model is imported into MATLAB and ADAMS optimization software to optimize parameters.The design objective is to design a suitable for the use of the go kart market of steering gear.
