基于Simulink仿真的步进电机细分控制分析

摘    要:针对大视场视觉测量系统中标定物的高精度定位控制问题,研究二维转台的驱动电机细分控制方法.步进电机是一种数字控制电机,它将电脉冲信号转换成相应的角位移,具有快速启动和停止的能力.它每转一周都有固定的步数,在不丢步的情况下,其步距误差不会长期积累,仅与脉冲频率有关.为了提高转台的分辨率,对步进电机的步距角进行研究,分析了步进电机步距角实行细分的可行性,采用SPWM技术对步进电机相电流进行控制,在Simulink的环境下对步进电机建立数学模型并进行了分析.通过对步进电机的细分控制大大改善了其各项性能,可实现二维转台的高精度定位控制.

Abstract:For the high precision positioning control of the large field vision measurement system,the motor drive control method is studied for the two-dimensional turntable.Stepper motor is a kind of digital control motors,it converts electrical pulse signal into the corresponding angular displacement.It has the ability of quick start and stop.It has fixed steps when it turns a circle.In the case of not losing step,the step distance error will not accumulate for a long time,it only related to the pulse frequency.Stepper motor's application scope is very abroad,this article is in order to improve the environment of the resolution of the turntable,the step of the stepper motor is apart from the Angle of study.This paper theoretically explains the feasibility of the segmentation of the angle of the stepper motor,then use the SPWM technology to control the stepper motor phase current,under the environment of Simulink,it analyze the mathematical model of the stepper motor.It can greatly improve its performance by the subdivision control of the stepper motor,and it can achieves high precision positioning control for the two-dimensional turnable.
