| 摘 要： | 随着2013年《绿色建筑行动方案》的颁布,绿色建筑规模化、区域化已成为我国绿色建筑的发展趋势。为了实践绿色建筑的区域化发展,规划阶段需要创造有利条件,选取美国LEED、新加坡Green Mark以及国内的绿色建筑评价标准中对规划阶段的相关要求进行对比分析,通过分析比较梳理出规划阶段应采取的具体措施来为绿色建筑的实践创造基础条件,并结合天津市解放南路地区实践案例进行说明与总结。

| Abstract: | Green building has developed into a new stage with the issue of ＂Green Building Action Plan＂ in 2013. Large-scale and regional development will be one of the new tendencies of green building development. The relevant content of planning in LEED, Green Mark and Evaluation Standard for Green Building are analyzed, the relationship between eco-planning and green building are expounded. Regionscale green building development based on eco-planning is proposed and Tianjin Jiefang South Road project practice is used to illustrate the methodology. |
