塑料粘结钕铁硼的温度稳定性研究

摘    要:本文研究国产快淬钕铁硼粘结磁体的温度稳定性,包括100℃长时间时效,短时不同温度时效及温度循环对粘结钕铁硼磁损失的影响并同美国MQP-B磁体的温度稳定性进行了比较,结果表明国产M4磁粉比MQP-B粉具有较好的温度稳定性,M2磁粉温度稳定性较差,另外通过预先稳定化处理的方法可改善粘结钕铁硼的温度稳定性。

Abstract:The stability of temperature for NdFeB bonded magnet has been studied. The results show that NdFeB magnetic powder M 4 in China has better stability of temperature than MQP B in American, and NdFeB magnetic powder M 2 in China has worse stability of temperature than MQP B in American. Besides, the stability of temperature for NdFeB bonded magnet can be improved by prestable treatment.
