摘    要:采用银片集流体上电沉积锌合金镀层的方式,考察了不同的合金元素组分对锌电极电化学性能的影响。电解制备了各种合金锌粉,组装成锌镍电池,充放电测试结果表明,电解加入金属元素后能显著降低氢气在锌电极上的析出,减小了锌电极在电解液中的腐蚀,其中以Zn-In-Bi三元合金对改善锌电极的电化学性能最佳,电池活化后具有较高的容量。

Abstract:This article introduced electrodeposited zinc alloy coating on the silver piece as the collection, and inspected the influence of different alloy elements to the performance of zinc electrode. Each kind of zinc powder was prepared by electrolysis. The zinc nickel batteries were fitted. The charge-discharge test result indicate that after adding the metallic element into the zinc electrode, it was able remarkably to reduce the hydrogen evolution in the zinc electrode and reduce the corrosion of the zinc electrode in the electrolyte. Zinc electrode's electrochemistry performance was greatly improved by the Zn-In-Bi alloy. After activation the battery had a higher capacity.
