国家体育场桁架柱内柱节点设计研究

摘    要:国家体育场钢结构桁架柱的内柱节点杆件数量多,几何关系复杂,是结构受力的关键部位。本文提出大尺寸焊接薄壁菱形截面内柱节点的几何构型方法,使菱形内柱与腹杆同宽,可以适用于任意角度腹杆相交的情况。在内柱节点域内设置横向加劲肋与局部竖向加劲肋,可以有效地增强节点的刚度,实现“强节点”的设计理念,确保节点构造的可靠性与经济性。通过合理设置拼接焊缝位置以及采用整板切割等方式,有效地控制焊缝的数量与位置。采用有限元法研究节点的受力形态,通过合理调整板件厚度,避免节点出现应力集中。

Abstract:The geometrical configuration of inner-column connections of the trussed columns for the National Stadium are very complicated,where a large number of members are connected,and meanwhile the heaviest load is applied.In this paper,a geometrical configuration is presented for the connections of the inner columns with large-scale welded thin-walled box sections for the National Stadium. Since the diamond inner columns have the same width as the diagonals,they are applicable to the intersection of diagonals at any angle.Transverse stiffeners and local vertical stiffeners are adopted within the region of the inner-column connections,in order to enhance the stiffness of the connections,and realize the design concept of "strong connections" to ensure reliability and economical efficiency.The number and position of welding seams are controlled through rational design of the position of splice-welding seams and by means of full-plate cutting.The behavior of stress distribution and deformation of the connections are analyzed by finite element method to properly determine thickness of the plates for avoiding stress concentration.
