| 摘 要： | 矿产资源在我国国民经济中具有十分重要的地位和作用，但是我国矿产资源十分短缺，进口不断增长，到国外勘查开发是解决我国矿产资源短缺、确保其稳定供应的重要途径，对确保我国经济安全运行具有重要意义。但这风险很高，因此运用投资环境评价的原理和方法，对我国矿业国际投资的可行地区进行投资环境评价，提出可选择的区位，从而起到引导作用，减少在国外投资的风险和盲目性，具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Mineral resource has a very important status and plays an important role in China's national economy.Prospecting and development abroad is an important to solve the mineral resource shortage and guarantee the stable supply and of grest importance to the safe operation of China's economy due to the shortage of China's mineral resource and increase of import.It is however risky and calls for the application of principles and methods of investment environment evaluation.It is of great importance to evaluate the feasible areas of international investment on mining industry and proposes the feasible areas,which can play an instructive role in reducing the risk and blindness in the international investment. |
