基于MATLAB和模糊PID控制的煤泥干燥温度调节研究

摘    要:为了能够提高煤泥滚筒干燥机出口温度的控制精度,提高煤泥的质量,深入地研究了模糊PID控制技术在其中的应用。首先,分析了煤泥干燥系统的基本原理;其次,分析了煤泥干燥温度模糊PID控制系统的设计;最后,MATLAB软件编制了控制仿真程序对煤泥干燥温度模糊PID控制仿真分析,仿真结果表明模糊PID控制技术能够获得较好的控制效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the inlet temperature of slime roller driver,and improve the quality of slime,and the application of fuzzy PID controlling technology on it is studied in depth.First,the basic theory of the slime drying system is analyzed.Second,the design of the fuzzy PID controlling system for the slime drying temperature is analyzed.Finally,the controlling simulating program is compiled to carry out the simulation analysis for the slime drying temperature,and results show that the fuzzy PID controlling technology has better controlling effect.
