| 摘 要： | 带式输送机滚筒的结构和动态性能对带式输送机的工作特性有很大影响,应用Pro/Engineer软件建立了某新型带式输送机大型驱动滚筒的三维实体模型,并应用ANSYS软件对滚筒的前15阶模态特征进行分析。最终得到带式输送机驱动滚筒的固有频率和振型,从动态特性上为滚筒的静态结构分析和其结构设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The structure and dynamic properties of the belt conveyor roller has a great influence on the job characteristics.This paper by Pro/Engineer builds a three-dimensional solid model of a new type of belt conveyor large-scale drive roller,and by ANSYS analyses the first 15 order modal characteristics of the roller.It gets the natural frequency and mode shapes of the belt conveyor drive roller,and provides a basis for the static structure analysis and structural design of the roller from the dynamic characteristics. |
