摘    要:介绍了当前主流的矿用挖掘机,对比了几种挖掘机的能耗,分析了EX2500-5型电动液压挖掘机能耗高的原因,提出了用交流变频调速系统改进EX2500-5的实现方案,并对经济性进行了分析,改造后的挖掘机可以实现节能的目的。

Abstract:Current mining excavator is introduced,several excavators energy consumption are compared,the reason of the high energy consumption of electric hydraulic excavator of EX2500-5 is analysed,AC variable frequency speed-regulating system in EX2500-5 implementation programme is proposed,and the economic is analysed,the transformation of excavator can save energy.
