纯水锥阀的结构优化及其流场仿真

摘    要:介绍了纯水液压锥阀产生气穴的原因和危害,针对阀口附近易发生气穴的特点,设计了一种纯水锥阀的新结构,采用半切模型,与常规锥阀结构进行对比,并使用Fluent软件对改进前后2种锥阀阀口进行了流场仿真与分析。结果表明:在阀口锐缘处采用曲线连接以及分级降压的方式,可有效减小进出口压差,降低阀口处介质流速与气穴的产生,减少能量损失。

Abstract:This paper described reasons which cause cavitation in hydraulic poppet valves,based on characteristic which cavitation were easy to occur in area of valve port,design a new structure of poppet valve.Fluent were used to simulate flow field in valve port,simulation results show: use a decompression trough in valve port and some curve connection at sharp location can reduce pressure between import and export,lower possibility of cavitation occurs and energy loss.
