基于钻柱振动下的反井钻机凿岩系统研究

摘    要:通过有限元法对反井钻机在凿进几组不同井深时钻柱系统的振动特性进行了仿真求解;并采用最小二乘法对所求固有频率进行了数值拟合,得到随成井深度钻柱系统固有频率的分布情况,在此基础上提出了钻柱系统振动激励输入安全图。结果表明,随着成孔深度增加,钻柱系统各阶振动固有频率降低;外部输入激励安全区域发生显著变化。

Abstract:The dynamic model of drill string system is established,and vibration characteristics of drill string system under different depth is simulated based on the FEM.Distribution of the nature frequency with hole depth is deduced by least square method,and safe area of drill string system for vibration excitation is also presented.It shows that every vibration frequency of drill string decreases while hole depth increases,and external safe area will be changed as well.
