洒水喷嘴三维设计与装配

设计一种洒水喷嘴,利用功能强大的三维设计软件Pro/E,建立洒水喷嘴的壳体、阀芯、散流喷口的立体模型,用Pro/E的工程图功能,生成二维工程图,并利用Pro/E的装配功能,进行洒水喷嘴装配,检验零件设计是否合理,是否存在干涉。最后生成洒水喷嘴爆炸图,二维装配图。指出利用Pro/E进行产品设计,零件的三维造型建模,产品虚拟装配,可显著提高设计效率,降低制造成本,缩短产品开发周期。

Water Spray Nozzle Three Dimensional Design and Assembly

This paper designs one kind of water spray nozzle.Eestablish three-dimensional model about shell,valve core and diffuser vents of water spray nozzle,using 3D design software Pro/E.Producted two-dimensional engineering drawings Using engineering plat functio of Pro/E.Using the Pro/E assembly function,carries on three-dimensional assembly model of water spray nozzle,to examinate whether is reasonably and whether have interference that components designs.Finally producted explodes drawing and two-dimensional assembly drawing of water spray spray nozzle.Pointed out using Pro/E to carries on product development,the components three dimensional modelling and product hypothesized assembly,this can obviously raises design efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs,shorten product development cycles.
