煤矿机械设备的远程维护研究

随着科学技术的不断发展,煤矿机械设备的功能也变得越来越强大和复杂,这种趋势一方面减轻了对机械设备进行操作的劳动强度,但是另一方面也给机械设备的维护保养工作带来了新的问题。研究了一种基于PLC和PC技术的远程维护系统,提出了通过远程数据收集以及数据库的诊断,从而对煤矿机械设备进行智能化维护的方法,能够有效地提升煤矿机械设备的维护效率。

Research on Remote Maintenance of Coal Mine Machinery

Along with development of science and technology,coal mine machinery equipment function also becomes more and more powerful and complex,this trend on one hand less on mechanical equipment operation labor intensity,but on other hand also give our machinery equipment maintenance work brought new problems.This paper studies a PC technology based on PLC and remote maintenance system,put forward through remote data collection and diagnosis of database,and to coal mine machinery equipment maintenance methods of intelligent,it can effectively improve efficiency of coal mine machinery and equipment maintenance.
