基于UG NX的2K-H型差动轮系的参数化设计及运动仿真

摘    要:差动轮系具有2个自由度,运动仿真有一定难度,介绍了利用UG NX7.5对2K-H型差动轮系进行参数化设计的方法,介绍了各种齿轮的参数化设计的方法,对差动轮系的各轮角速度做了理论计算,通过运动仿真验证了设计结果的正确性。

Abstract:There are two degrees of freedom in differential gear train,so it is difficult to creat motion simulation of it.This paper presents a parametric design method of the 2K-H differential gear trains with UG NX,presents a parametric design method of several kinds of gears,calculates the wheel angular velocity of the differential gear trains,and verifies the correctness of the design result through motion simulation.
