| 摘 要： | 介绍了准北天然焦在Φ2400mm固定床半水煤气炉上的工业性气化试验结果,淮北张庄天然气化运行过程稳定,产气量高,可以代替焦炭或无烟煤作固定床气化炉的气化原料,生产合格的合成用半水煤气。

| Abstract: | Natural coke is similar to artificial coke or anthracite in someproperties, such as no adhesion and lower volatile matter content. The specific properties of Huaibei natural coke are higher mechanical intensity, higher ash melting point, lower activity and lower sulfur content. Commercial test results in 2 400 mm fixed bed gasifier show that the coke has more stable semi-water gas gasification process and higher gas output, and can be taken as a better material instead of artificialcoke or anthracite to produce chemical synthetic gas. |
