摘    要:简要阐述了有机蒸气膜结构及膜法有机蒸气回收的基本原理,介绍了小本体聚丙烯尾气回收工艺,中国石油前郭炼油厂应用压缩冷凝-膜法系统回收尾气中丙烯单体取得了显著的效果.真正实现了节能降耗,大大降低了尾排丙烯含量,具有明显的经济和社会效益.丙烯回收率高达95%以上,尾排丙烯〈7.0V%.

Abstract:The conformation of composite membrane and the principle of volatile organic compounds recovery based on membrane technology are described in this study. A propylene recovery process from incondensable gas of batch- type polypropylene plant is presented. The application of the propylene recovery process from incondensable gas by compression/condensation/membrane hybrid system shows obvious effect in CNPC Qianguo Refinery. A remarkable saving in energy and stock consumption is realized, which leads to the prominent benefits of economy and society. The recovery up to 95 % for propylene together with 7 % propylene molar concentration in vent gas is reached.
