高层剪力墙结构墙体的优化布置

摘    要:剪力墙在现代高层住宅中应用普遍,由于经济投资较大,结构性能要求高,对其进行结构优化设计不仅可以降低工程造价,而且节约材料,因此对高层住宅剪力墙进行结构优化设计意义重大.本文采用PKPM建立模型,通过改变剪力墙厚度和数量,建立不同的模型,经对比计算结果,寻求从抗震角度来讲受力最合理、从经济角度来讲又最节省的布置方案.

Abstract:The shear wall structure is used universally in the high-rise flats nowadays. Because of the great investment and strict requirement in the structural performance, the structural optimization design for shear wall can reduce the cost and save the material. As a result, it is very useful to optimize the structural design for high-rise shear wall. This paper utilized PKPM software to set up different models by changing thickness and quantity of shear wall, and get the best structure layout scheme which had the reasonable load transfer and low cost.
