| 摘 要： | 整理、统计、分析"中价网"公布的2008年1季度至2011年3季度的全国28个大城市的建筑业各工种人工单价信息,证明在2010年2季度之前人工单价上涨缓慢,而在之后人工价陡涨。由此认为2010年2季度是建筑业劳动力从供过于求变化为供不应求的转折点。阐述今后建筑业劳动力仍然可能处于这种状态,并对实现供求关系相对平衡的对策进行了思考。

| Abstract: | By collation,statistics and analysis of artificial price information on various types of construction in 28 major cities published on "Zhongjia network" in fist quarter of 2008 to the third quarter of 2011,it proves that artificial price rises slowly before the second quarter of 2010 while rising fast.It indicates that the second quarter of 2010 is a turning point from an oversupply of labor in the construction industry to in short supply.This state may stay for construction labor in the future,and the measures to achieve a relatively balanced between supply and demand are discussed in this paper. |
