舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用价值简

目的：探讨舒适护理应用于血液透析患者中的有效性和安全性，评价其临床应用价值。方法选取130例需要进行血液透析的老年肾病患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组65例。对照组采用传统的护理方案进行护理治疗，观察组则应用舒适护理干预措施进行护理治疗。采用抑郁和焦虑自评量表对患者的心理状况进行调查、评估，比较2种护理方法的临床疗效和并发症的发生情况，并比较2组患者对护理方法的满意程度。结果观察组舒适护理干预后患者的抑郁和焦虑评分显著低于对照组（均P＜0．05；观察组的总有效率为96．92％，明显高于对照组的76．92％（P＜0．05）；观察组并发症的发生率为16．92％，明显低于对照组的29．23％（P＜0．05）；观察组患者的总满意率为100％，显著高于对照组的80％（P＜0．05）。结论在血液透析室护理中采用舒适护理干预，不但可以有效提高临床疗效，降低并发症的发生率，还可提高临床护理的满意度。

Value of Comfortable Nursing Care in Hemodialysis

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of comfortable nursing care in hemodi-alysis patients,and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods A total of 130 elderly nephropathy pa-tients who required hemodialysis were randomly assigned to receive either traditional nursing care （control group,n=65）or comfortable nursing intervention（observation group,n=65）.Psycho-logical status of patients were investigated and evaluated by using the self-rating scale for depres-sion and anxiety.Clinical efficacy,complications and patient satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with traditional nursing care,comfortable nursing care significantly decreased the scores of depression and anxiety and incidence of compli-cations（16.92% vs 29.23%）,and obviously increased the total effective rate （96.92% vs 76.92%）and patient satisfaction with nursing care（100% vs 80%）（all P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can improve clinical efficacy,reduce incidence of complications and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care in hemodialysis patients.
