清梳联工艺优化实践

摘    要:探讨优化清梳联工艺对产品质量的改善情况.针对原棉马克隆值偏高、带纤维籽屑和棉结等有害疵点较多的特点,对清梳联各单机的主要工艺参数进行了优化.抓棉机打手速度由1 440 r/mim降到1 000 r/min,车速设定为15 m/min,三辊筒清棉机三个打手采用1∶1.60∶2.67的速度比,改善了筵棉和生条质量.工艺优化前生条棉结48粒/g,生条杂质81粒/g,工艺优化后生条棉结35粒/g,生条杂质57粒/g.

Abstract:Modification of blowing-carding unit processing to product quality was discussed. Because raw material Micronaire value is higher,neps and harmful defects are too much,each single machine parameters in blowing-carding unit were optimized. Beater speed of plucker is reduced from 1 440 r/min to 1 000 r/min,speed is 15 m/min,speed ratio of three-cylinder opener beater is 1:1.60:2.67,quality of mat and card sliver could be improved. Before processing optimization,neps of card sliver is 48 grain per gram,impurity of card sliver is 81 grain per gram,after optimization neps of card sliver is 35 grain per gram,impurity of card sliver is 57 grain per gram.
