| 摘 要： | 本文简述了长春市秋实E景佳苑智能化住宅小区的智能化系统工程设计,论述智能化集成管理系统BMS的设计思想.文中从集成的网络层次上对以现场总线为基础的控制网络及其与信息网络的集成技术进行了剖析,在此基础上,采用Visual Basic 6.0开发了现场监控程序,并通过Lonworks DDE技术建立了上层的管理与监控的应用,从而实现控制信息与管理信息的集成.

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design of integrated intelligence building management system for Changchun Qiushi E Jingjia Residence. Based on the on-the-spot bus control and the technology of its integration with information network, a field monitoring program is developed via the Visual Basic 6.0 technology. The integration of control information and management information is achieved by means of terminal management and monitoring application via Lonworks DDE technology. |
