钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术在高层建设中的应用实例

摘    要:本文分析了影响钻孔灌注桩承载力的因素以及钻孔灌注桩提高单桩承载力的机理 ,提出了设计计算的原则 ,此外 ,还介绍了桩底、桩侧注浆工艺。介绍了高层建筑工程中应用钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术 ,实践证明在圆砾地基中压浆对提高钻孔桩的承载力十分有效 ,有明显的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper,factors affecting the bearing capacity and the mechanism of increasing the bearing capacity of single bored mix in place pile are analysed.Grouting of mortar into the bottom and sides of pile are introduced.Application of such technique in high rise buildings are described.It is proved that in gravelly subgrade the economical effect of such atechnique is significant.
