摘    要:温度与压力是影响水泥浆稠化时间的客观关键因素。在G级水泥原浆和纤维素水泥浆的稠化时间试验基础上,用回归分析的方法建立了温度、压力影响稠化时间的回归方程并对试验结果进行了分析。研究表明,稠化时间与温度、压力存在着显著的线性相关关系;稠化时间随着温度和压力的升高而减小,温度对稠化时间的影响程度是压力的3—4倍;对于不同的水泥浆,温度、压力对稠化时间的影响程度不同。

Abstract:Temperature and pressure are the two factors that influence the thickening time greatly. Based on the tests conducted using Grade G and fiber cement, the paper established a regression equation of the two factors on thickening time by means of Analysis of Regression. It is obvious that a certain linear relationship exists between the two factors and thickening time. That is, thickening time decreases as temperature and pressure increases. In which, temperature is the predominant factor, thus accurate downhole temperature is key to determine the thickening time.
