| 摘 要： | 基于教学模式与管理模式的理论研究,结合现代远程学历教育在江汉油田培训中心的实践,提出了优化其教育教学模式的指导性框架,突出了现代远程学历教育和江汉油田培训中心远程学历教育的特点和要求,以实事求是、注重发展、人文关怀、科学可行为追求,为现代远程学历教育在江汉油田培训中心的深入发展,提供参照。

| Abstract: | On the basis of theoretical researches on teaching modes and management modes,in accordance with the practice of modern distance credential learning in Training Center for the Workers and Staff of Jianghan Oilfield,the author presents the instructional frame to optimize its teaching mode,highlights the characteristics and requirements of modern distance credential learning and distance credential learning of Training Center for the Workers and Staff of Jianghan Oilfield.He advocates seeking truth from facts,laying stress on development,humanistic care and science and feasibility. |
