| 摘 要： | 首先分析了当前移动运营商必须开展增值业务的紧迫性，在介绍移动IP技术的基础上，引出了移动业务与数据业务融合的服务方案，提出了当前融合GPRS和WLAN的网络架构及融合GPRS与WCDMA和WLAN的网络架构，提出了GSM与WCDMA双模无缝网络。本文所建议的融合方案有利于形式多样的数据业务的开展。
