| 摘 要： | 针对721型棱镜式分光光度计波长准确度差的问题,本文从理论上对波长进行了分析计算,给出波长机构的设计方法,并提出了进一步提高波长准确度的途径.采用改进的方法对部分机构进行重新设计,使仪器的波长准确度达到了预期目标.

| Abstract: | A method is proposed to improve the wavelength accuracy of model 721 prism spectrophotometer. The theoretical calculation is analyzed and the method for designing wavelength device is described. Further approach to improve the wavelength accuracy is discussed. |
