| 摘 要： | 通过染料的筛选,固色剂与匀染剂的应用和染色温度影响因素试验,研究了聚酰胺超细纤维合成革的染色.结果表明：中性染料染色效果较好,固色剂MCF和PA的应用可以提高上色率和湿擦牢度.在生产中,聚酰胺超细纤维合成革的染色可采用以中性染料为主,其它染料为辅的染料体系.

| Abstract: | The dye of hyperfine fiber synthetic leather was investigated on the basis of dyestuff selection,application of dying auxiliary agents and different dying conditions.The results showed that the neutral dyestuff could get better dying effect,and color fixing agents(MCR and PA)could improve the properties of dying ratio and wet-rub fastness.In dying process,the dying system in which the neutral dyestuff as the main one and some other dyestuffs as the auxiliary one can be used. |
