| 摘 要： | 分析并提出了指挥自动化系统通信分系统效能的层次化评估指标体系，基于改进的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)，建立了一种系统效能的评估模型，通过实例分析了该模型的可行性，为通信分系统的研制开发和效能评估提供了一定的参考。 |

| Abstract: | First,in this paper,an hierarchical index system of effectiveness is presented by analyzing the communication system of C~4ISR.Second,a evaluation model of effectiveness is founded by the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Finally,a practical example is given to confirm the feasibility of the model.The research provides some reference on the development and effectiveness evaluation of communication system. |
