摘    要:以使用切削式钻头破碎煤层的露天旋转钻机工作装置为研究对象,基于SolidEdge和AD-AMS软件建立虚拟样机模型,对其钻孔工况和提升工况进行了运动学和动力学分析.验证了旋转钻机装置的设计满足工作要求,为旋转钻机工作装置和类似机构及产品的设计和试验提供了有效的技术途径.

Abstract:Taking rotating drill as the researching object, it has been used to break rock with cutting type drill, virlual prototyping model was established based on Solid Edge and ADAMS software,did kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of working condition. It validated that rotating drill could meet the requirements of work equipment. This method provides an effective new technical.method for designing and testing rotating drill and similar bodies.
