数控车床精加工技巧分析

摘    要:通过对实际工作中的经验技巧进行归纳和总结,阐述了数控车工在数控车床操作面试过程中的加工方法和技巧,并通过具体实例,详细说明了从提出加工要求到加工准备、加工程序的编制、粗加工过程、精加工过程以及检验的步骤和一些应用到的技巧。这些经验、技巧不仅可以应用在数控机床的加工面试过程中,而且可以应用于公司的首件产品试制,在产品单件加工和数控机床操作加工大赛中非常实用,加工出的产品合格率高,且加工效率也较高。

Abstract:This paper presented CNC lathe operation processing methods and techniques in the interview process by summarizing and concluding the experience of practical work skills, and also presented some steps and used techniques by specific instances detailed listed from providing the request of manufacturing to the process preparation, processing programming,roughing and finishing,processes for the preparation. These experiences and skills can not only be applied in NC machine tool in the interview process, but also can be used in first product development of the company, especially in single product processing,CNC machine operation competition, the product qualification rate after processing was high and processing efficiency was also high.
