Discussing on Techniques of CNC Lathe Machining

This paper presented CNC lathe operation processing methods and techniques in the interview process by summarizing and concluding the experience of practical work skills, and also presented some steps and used techniques by specific instances detailed listed from providing the request of manufacturing to the process preparation, processing programming,roughing and finishing,processes for the preparation. These experiences and skills can not only be applied in NC machine tool in the interview process, but also can be used in first product development of the company, especially in single product processing,CNC machine operation competition, the product qualification rate after processing was high and processing efficiency was also high.
