一种轮式抓钢机液压系统

摘    要:根据轮式抓钢机的整体功能,以及控制动作多的要求,本文所设计的液压系统采用了多泵多回路定量和变量混合系统,其中主油路采用双泵双回路负流量控制和交叉功率控制的变量系统,有效地提高了发动机功率的利用率,主阀采用整体式多路阀,阀内具有合流和优先回路的功能,简化了系统的外部控制和连接的环节。针对轮式抓铜机底盘驱动的特殊要求,液压系统设计了转向回路、制动回路、支腿回路和悬挂平衡装置回路,使其能合理地控制整机运动。

Abstract:According to the overall functional requirements of wheeled steel grabbing machine, the hydraulic system de- signed by this paper focused on the requirments of more control action, and adopted quantitative multiple pump circuit and variable hybrid system, among of them, the main oil pump adopted double negative flow control and cross double circuit power control variables of the system, which can effectively improve the utilization ratio of engine capacity. Main valve a- dopted the integral multi-way valve, the valve has the function of confluence, priority circuitry within the simplified system of external control and connecting link. Concerning the special requirements of wheeled steel grabbing machine chassis drive, hydraulic system designed the steering circuit, brake circuits, leg loop and suspension balance device, which make it can reasonably control the movement of the machine.
