摘    要:电火花加工技术作为特种加工技术之一,已经广泛应用于各种制造加工领域.但是影响其工艺效果的因素颇多,比如,脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、峰值电压和峰值电流等电参数,以及抬刀时间、加工面积和冲油方式等非电参数,参数的合理选择直接决定其加工效果.针对加工工艺参数选择难的问题,设计了以电参数为主要因素的多因素正交试验,利用神经网络与灰色系统理论结合的思想,对试验数据建立了仿真模型.研究结果表明,该建模方法能充分反映机床的工艺特性,具有精确的拟合精度和泛化能力,为电火花加工工艺仿真研究提供了一种有效手段.

Abstract:Of electrical discharge machining is one of non traditional machining technology,it has been widely used in various of manufacture fields. But there are many factors affecting process effects,such as electrical parameters including irapulse width, impulse separation, peak voltage ,and peak current and non electrical parameters including cutter lifting time and recoil oil way. To solve the problem of choosing process characterislics in electrical discharge machining, the paper designed orthogonal experimental of multivariate factors of electrical parameters as the main factors,and established simulation model by thinking of neural network and grey system theory, the results showed that the model reflected process characteristics of machine tool,it has accurate fitting precision and perfect generalization ability and can provide an efficient measure for simulation research of electrical discharge machining.
