摘    要:蒸汽养护为混凝土制品生产的一种高效养护方式,其工作过程的温度稳定性和精确性将直接影响混凝土构件和水泥制品的质量。根据专家对养护过程蒸汽温度变化的经验总结,以模糊控制理论为依据,设定养护控制温度、湿度和时间参数。本文以研华工业控制计算机(简称工控机)与松下FPX—C可编程控制器为基础,建立了1套适合用于混凝土构件和水泥制品蒸汽养护窑的计算机分布式控制系统;同时,对混凝土蒸汽养护窑的模糊控制进行了设计与探索,并在实际应用中验证了该养护方式的功能。

Abstract:Steam curing is an effective method for concrete products curing, the stability and accuracy of curing tempera ture have direct impact on the quality of cement and concrete products. According to the experience of the experts on the steam temperature process during curing, based on the fuzzy control theory, set curing control parameters such as tempera- ture, humidity and time. In this paper, based on the Advantech IPC and the Panasonic FPX-C programmable controller, a distributed computer control system was established, which was suitable for cement and concrete products curing kiln. fuzzy control, at the same time, design and exploration about concrete steam curing kiln were implemented, and the excellent per- formance of such curing method in the practice was verified.
