一种焊接式偏心风管的加工工艺

摘    要:分析了两半焊接式偏心风管结构特点和加工难点,确定了其工艺顺序。通过绘制简图,计算出辅助工艺尺寸,划线时使风管稳定放置,尺寸符合图样要求;通过在风管外围焊接工艺凸台,解决了加工风管圆端面的装夹问题;通过编制数控程序,设计夹具,实现了扁端圆弧面的加工。采用上述方法对风管进行试制加工,取得了良好的加工效果。实践证明,该加工工艺合理可行。

Abstract:Structure characteristics and processing difficulties of the welding eccentric pipe of two half were analyzed.Machining process route of the pipe was confirmed.Through drawing sketch to calculate process dimension,pipe was placed stably when lining,its dimension accorded with the draft.Clamping problem of machining round surface was solved by welding lug boss on pipe periphery.Process of arc surface on the flat end was realized by planning NC program and designing clamping fixture.Pipe trial-manufactured by using above methods has good machining effects.The practice proved that the process technique is reasonable and feasible.
