深孔加工机器人主轴部件动态特性研究

摘    要:以深孔加工机器人(以下简称机器人)的主轴部件为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件AN—SYS1O.0,建立主轴系统的有限元模型。通过对主轴的模态分析,得到主轴前10阶固有振型与频率,试验结果为避免在其共振频率附近工作提供了参数依据。通过对结构的动力响应分析,得到主轴在特定工况下的最大位移和动刚度,为检验结构的合理性提供了理论依据,验证了机器人主轴部件的设计完全能够满足现场的工作要求,可以正常地进行工作。

Abstract:Taking the deep hole machining robot spindle components as the research object, by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS10. 0, the system mode was built. Through modal analysis of the spindle, the first 10 natural fre- quencies and vibration type were obtained, the results provided the basic parameters for avoiding working in resonance fre- quency. Through the power of the spindle response analysis, dynamic maximum displacement of spindle in the special work- ing conditions and the stiffness were gotten, provide the theory basis for testing the rationality of the structure, confirmed that the design of deep hole machining robot spindles can satisfy the working requirements, and can work normally.
