装船机螺旋溜槽速降差动液压系统分析

摘    要:港口货物装船机上关键部件螺旋溜槽主要由单出杆液压缸及活动螺旋溜槽组成,其液压系统使用差动回路进行重力方向快速伸缸。对这种差动回路中使用三种不同类型的平衡阀进行了理论推导与分析,对其在差动回路中的先导控制压力进行了计算比较,并解释了平衡阀自由口存在背压时使用完全平衡阀要优于标准平衡阀的原因。

Abstract:Spiral slide, one of the port ship-loader' s key parts, consists of a single rod cylinder and a movable spiral slide, and it can stretch rapidly in gravity direction by using differential circuit. This paper presents theoretical deri- vation and analysis on three different balancing valves in hydraulic differential circuit, and calculates and compares the pilot control pressure of different balancing valves in differential circuit. Besides, it explains the reason why full balancing valve has advantage over standard balancing valve when there is back pressure in the free port of the balancing valve.
