Moldflow在某塑件浇口设计中的应用

摘    要:以某塑件为研究对象,首先,通过分析其结构特征,确定了2处浇口位置;然后,应用Moldflow软件对其注射成型过程进行模拟,通过对填充时间、注射压力、锁模力、熔接痕和气穴的比较,最终确定了浇口位置。Moldflow软件的分析结果可以用来指导实际生产,也可以用来减少试模次数,从而缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,提高生产率。

Abstract:A plastic part was studied, firstly, two gate locations was selected through analyzing the structure character- istics of the plastic part, and then, Moldflow software was used to simulate the injection molding process, finally, gate loca- tion was determined according to the results of simulation on fill time, injection pressure, clamp force, weld line and air traps. The results of Moldflow analysis could be applied to actual production, and it could reduce the number of trial and the production cycle, thus reduce production costs and increase the productivity.
